Terms of Use

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The Service shows dramatic content with mature themes and is not intended for children. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself and tell us at support@nanashort.com if you think someone else has access to it.

2. Your account

Give us accurate details when you register and keep them up to date. One person, one account: accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used fraudulently, or that we are legally required to close.

3. What we give you

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream the content on the Service for your own private, non-commercial use, for as long as your account is in good standing. You are not buying the content and you receive no ownership in it.

Your account plays on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device makes that the active device and stops playback on the previous one.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are sold in weekly, monthly and yearly billing periods, either on nanashort.com or as an in-app purchase in the mobile app. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the price shown at purchase, until you cancel it.

Where you cancel depends on where you bought it. A subscription bought in the app is billed by Apple or Google and can only be cancelled in that store's own subscription settings — we cannot cancel it for you. A subscription bought on nanashort.com is cancelled by writing to support@nanashort.com before your next renewal date. Either way, cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

We may change subscription prices. Any change applies from your next billing period and we will tell you before it takes effect, so that you can cancel first if you prefer.

5. Coins

Coins are a prepaid, in-app credit used to unlock individual episodes. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Coins are consumed when you unlock an episode and are not returned afterwards. Any remaining balance is lost when you delete your account.

6. Payment and refunds

Payments on the website are handled by iyzico. Purchases made inside the mobile app are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refunds for purchases made in the app follow the App Store or Google Play refund policy and must be requested from that store. For purchases made on nanashort.com, write to support@nanashort.com. Where consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal, we honour it, except that by starting to watch content within the withdrawal period you ask us to begin the service immediately and accept that the right lapses once it is fully performed.

7. Free episodes and content changes

Some episodes are free to watch. The catalogue is licensed and changes over time — series and episodes may be added, changed or removed, and availability may differ by country. We do not guarantee that a particular title will stay on the Service.

8. Acceptable use

When using the Service you may not:

• copy, download, record, re-upload, broadcast or publicly show the content;
• circumvent, disable or interfere with any security, geographic or access-control measure;
• scrape, crawl or use automated tools to extract the catalogue or any data from the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the apps;
• use the Service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or harass anyone;
• sell, rent or otherwise commercialise access to your account or to the content.

Breaking these rules can result in immediate suspension or closure of your account and, where warranted, legal action.

9. Intellectual property

The series, episodes, artwork, trailers, the Nanashort name and logo, the software and everything else on the Service belong to Nanashort or to its licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running continuously, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend it for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. Streaming quality also depends on your device, your network and your internet connection, which are outside our control.

11. Liability

The Service is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service at any time. In the mobile app you can delete your account from Profile; on the website, send a deletion request to support@nanashort.com. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we are required to do so by law. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play — cancel that in the store as well, or it keeps renewing.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and for significant changes we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service afterwards, the updated terms apply to you.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, including the right to bring a claim before your local consumer arbitration committee or courts.
