Cookie Policy
Last updated:
This Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies on nanashort.com. The Privacy Policy also applies to the NanaShort apps and explains their device storage and SDKs. NanaShort, Türkiye, is the service provider; questions can be sent to support@nanashort.com.
1. What these technologies do
Cookies are small values a website stores in your browser. Local storage can remain between visits; session storage normally lasts for the browser tab or session. Pixels, scripts and SDKs can send technical or interaction information even without a traditional cookie.
2. Necessary authentication and security
The nanashort_token cookie keeps a registered user signed in and is configured for up to 30 days unless removed sooner. The nanashort_device_id cookie identifies the browser installation for active-device and security controls and is configured for up to 3,650 days; your browser may limit that period and you can clear it sooner. Signing out removes the authentication cookie, while the device identifier can remain. Payment, login and anti-abuse providers may use their own necessary storage while you use those features.
3. Preferences and cached service data
Language choices, saved playback settings and download-prompt preferences can be stored on your device. Browser session storage can cache catalogue pages and temporary language or country results so repeated navigation does not repeat the same work. Clearing this storage can reset preferences or require content to load again; it does not automatically delete server-side account records.
4. Analytics and campaign measurement
Microsoft Clarity uses cookies such as _clck and _clsk and interaction data to measure navigation and record website sessions. Meta Pixel can use identifiers such as _fbp and report page views and campaign activity. Sentry provides diagnostic and performance data and may use session storage for masked replay when enabled.
The exact cookies and retention periods depend on the provider, region, browser and configuration. These are separate from cookies required for account access. Refer to the relevant provider’s current notice for its own processing.
5. Managing your choices
Open Cookie Settings in the website footer to enable or reject optional analytics, session recordings and marketing. These tools are not loaded until you allow the relevant category. The choice is stored in nanashort_cookie_consent in browser local storage for up to 180 days. Disabling a previously allowed category reloads the page to unload its tools; necessary sign-in and security storage is preserved.
You can inspect, block and clear cookies and site storage in your browser’s privacy settings, restrict third-party cookies, or use the provider’s advertising and privacy controls. Blocking optional technologies does not remove your right to use purchased content, although blocking necessary sign-in or payment storage can prevent those features from working.
Browser controls may not block every script or information request. A preference expressed in browser settings does not itself delete data already sent to a provider. Contact support@nanashort.com to exercise applicable data rights or ask about available choices. Where consent is legally required, it must be obtained separately; merely browsing or accepting the User Agreement is not a substitute.
6. Mobile applications and policy changes
Apps use operating-system storage and SDKs rather than only browser cookies. Notification and advertising controls are available through the relevant app feature and device settings. A website cookie choice does not necessarily change an app’s permissions.
We update this policy when the technologies or purposes change. The date above identifies this version; the Privacy Policy describes broader rights, recipients and international processing.
