User Agreement
Last updated:
This User Agreement governs your use of nanashort.com and the NanaShort Android and iOS applications (the Service). The service provider is NanaShort, Türkiye. Creating an account or using the Service means accepting this agreement. The Membership Agreement applies to paid membership; the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how data is processed.
1. Eligibility and guest access
You must be at least 18 to create an account. Follow the age rating and content warnings for each title. Where guest access is available, activity may be associated with that installation. Guest access is not a registered account and may not transfer to another device; link an account before relying on access to purchases or progress.
2. Accounts and security
Provide accurate registration details, keep your login credentials private and notify support if you suspect unauthorised access. Email, Google or Apple sign-in is available where shown. Accounts are personal and must not be sold, shared or transferred. Streaming is limited to one active device at a time; signing in elsewhere may end the previous device’s session.
3. Content licence
NanaShort and its licensors retain rights to the videos, artwork, software and branding. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to stream available content for private, non-commercial viewing. A payment or an episode unlock does not transfer copyright or ownership of a video file.
Titles, languages and availability can vary by country, device and licence period. Catalogue changes do not remove any remedies you have under mandatory consumer law.
4. Paid access and coins
The purchase screen specifies the membership benefits, billing period, currency and price. The Membership Agreement gives details about payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds.
Coins are a service credit for episode unlocks, not money, a deposit or an investment. They cannot be cashed out, traded or transferred to another account. The required coin amount is displayed before unlocking. Unlocking one episode does not unlock the whole series. Purchased coins and promotional rewards may have different conditions, disclosed with the offer.
5. Tasks and rewarded advertising
Rewards are available only when the relevant task or offer is displayed. Amounts, eligibility, daily limits and reset times are shown in the rewards screen. Completing a coin task makes a reward eligible to be claimed; where a Claim button is shown, you must press it before the coins are credited. Do not submit a duplicate claim or use automation or fake activity.
Rewarded ads are optional and depend on network availability and eligibility. A reward requires confirmed completion; opening, skipping or closing an ad is not sufficient. Where an episode requires two ads, both must be completed for that particular episode. This does not unlock other episodes or create a VIP subscription. A temporary verification delay may require retrying or contacting support; a confirmation error does not justify charging you again.
6. Permitted use and submissions
Do not record, copy, redistribute or publicly exhibit videos without authorisation; bypass locks, payment or security controls; misuse another person’s data; attack the Service; or automate viewing, rewards or data extraction. Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Support messages and any material you choose to send must be lawful and must not include another person’s private data without permission. You keep your rights in that material and permit us to use it only to address the request, provide the Service and meet legal obligations.
7. Availability and technical problems
Streaming quality depends on your connection and device. Maintenance, licensing changes or technical faults can interrupt access. Report playback or delivery problems to support with the title, episode and purchase reference if relevant. We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback, but your statutory rights for a defective or undelivered service remain available.
8. Suspension and account deletion
We may restrict access to investigate fraud, protect users, comply with law or address a material breach. Measures should be proportionate; contact support to dispute a restriction. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion through the available Profile controls or support@nanashort.com.
Deletion removes access to the account, progress and remaining balance, subject to legal record retention and applicable refund rights. Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not itself cancel recurring billing: cancel with the provider that bills you.
9. Liability and consumer rights
Each party is responsible for its own acts as provided by applicable law. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or deliberate misconduct. Provider-specific payment terms do not remove NanaShort’s responsibilities for the Service.
10. Changes and disputes
Material changes will be communicated through the Service or an appropriate contact channel. The update date identifies this version. Price and subscription changes follow the notice and consent rules of the billing provider and applicable law.
Turkish law applies subject to the mandatory protections of the country where you habitually reside. Contact support first to seek a resolution. You retain access to competent consumer arbitration bodies, regulators and courts; this agreement does not impose exclusive foreign arbitration or waive statutory remedies.
